Time TBA right now.

Working on VSO plans for November 2025, I'm looking for a central VT school interested in having the VSO string chamber orchestra perform as part of our Made in Vermont tour. Andrew Crust will conduct, and it will involve brief storytelling segments with local speakers from The Moth Radio Hour.

This student performance is at no charge to the school and takes place during school hours; it will involve 2 of our 3 Moth storytellers (with musical underscoring) who have age-appropriate stories. We have a performance scheduled for November 13 at BFA in St. Albans with Eric and Rusty (which begins with a brief side-by-side piece with students). Our second student performance would need to take place the next day, on Friday, November 14 in school at any point during the day, and I'm wondering if this could be with U32.

In addition, we can provide some VSO musicians at no charge (doesn't need to be limited to strings) to conduct instrument technique workshops or sectionals during the fall/winter if that's helpful, as your students prepare for concerts they may have
