Community Yoga

Take time for self-care this school year with community yoga led by Erica (SLP). This flow-based class uses weekly themes to support your mind-body connection. All levels welcome! No previous experience required. Donation-based (~$5 suggested). Please bring: a yoga mat, a water bottle, and comfortable clothes.
