V GLX @ Essex Scrimmage

If weather is bad in Essex, and scrimmage is cancelled, we might practice here at U-32 depending on our weather. If so, practice would be a team run/lift from 5:00-6:00 and then practice inside the gym from 6:00-7:30pm. Players should be prepared for both times/situations with the proper footwear.
