Cross Fit for all!All students, faculty/staff may join this group for an introduction to CrossFit. CrossFit is based on functional movements that are fundamental to life and fitness: Endurance, Stamina, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy. No Fee. In the new gym. 3-4:30 Drop in, but signing up with Paul in CC is helpful for prep.
