We plan to select the varsity team during the first 2 weeks of preseason. We are looking to select highly skilled, hard working, physically fit players who show the desire, ability, attitude and commitment to play at the varsity level.
We look forward to seeing you all out on the field. If you haven't been running this spring, now would be a great time to start. We will be doing the 1 mile, ΒΌ mile and 100yd sprint the first day. Start yourself out easy, short distances at a comfortable pace and then built up your distance and pace over the course of the summer. Sprint work will be good too!
