The rally day footrace will begin at 3:30 on september 11th at the East Montpelier elementary school. The footrace is a low-key, fun event that is held in conjucction with a mulitgenerational community walk on a 3.5 mile course.
Start/Finish is at the school, course is mostly on town roads. Course will be well-marked and there will be a few marshalls roaming the course. There could be the occassional car on the course.
This is part of East Montpelier's townwide celebration, and there will be other activities that day, such as ultimate frisbee, volleyball, and the water balloon toss.
